- IRI Equipment India Pvt Ltd is hiring an Electrical Panel Service Engineer for its Bangalore team. The role involves electrical panel reading, preparation, assembly, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site service for panels used in construction equipment.

- This position is suitable for freshers with strong electrical fundamentals who want to build hands-on experience in electrical panel preparation, installation, maintenance, and field service.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Panel Work

- Read and interpret electrical panel design drawings.

- Prepare and assemble electrical panels according to the given designs.

- Carry out panel preparation and fabrication activities as required.

- Install electrical panels on construction equipment at customer sites.

- Perform routine maintenance of electrical panels attached to construction equipment.

Field Service & Troubleshooting

- Visit customer sites for installation and electrical service calls.

- Attend to electricl issues and equipment breakdowns.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults at customer locations.

- Make necessary modifications or changes to electrical panels on-site.

- Complete service activities within the required timelines.

Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure panel quality and specifications are maintained.

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.





- Prepare reports related to customer visits and service activities.

- Follow company quality and safety standards during all work.

Education

Job Requirements

- ITI in Electrical

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Technical Skills

- Ability to read and understand electrical panel design drawings.

- Basic knowledge of electrical panels and components.

- Understanding of electrical installation and maintenance.

- Panel preparation or fabrication exposure is preferred.

- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

Driving Licence

- Valid driving licence is mandatory.

Travel Requirement

- Must be willing to travel to customer sites in and around Bangalore for installation and service calls.
