Role & responsibilities

- Experience in 500 MW+ Thermal Power Plants preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BHEL LCI VFD systems, ESP, BTG, switchgear and protection systems.
- Hands-on experience with BHEL LCI VFD drives for ID Fans.
- Troubleshooting and condition monitoring of LCI VFD drives for maximum equipment availability.
- Expertise in troubleshooting electrical switchgear and ESP systems.
- Manage spares for LCI VFD, switchgear and ESP systems.
- Experience in SAP-based O&M;, documentation and record keeping.
- Ensure statutory, safety and maintenance compliance.
- Lead maintenance of LCI VFD and electrical protection systems.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead maintenance shifts in a dynamic setting.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.




- Lead maintenance activities with a focus on safe work practices, quality execution, and timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operation and optimize equipment performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to organizational safety standards, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile 1-Expertise in Electrical Maintenance with key knowledge in BHEL Make LCI VFD system, ESP, switchgear and protection system

2-Minimum 3years of experience in Thermal Power Plant of more than 500 MW Capacity
