Job Summary We are looking for experienced Electrical Engineers with a strong background in electrical design, LV control panel development, switchgear selection, motor starter design, and electrical system engineering.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in LV control panel design and development , electrical component selection, cable sizing and routing, and electrical design tools. Exposure to project testing, commissioning, and international/global client coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Low Voltage (LV) control panels based on project and application requirements.
- Select appropriate switchgear components, including:

- MPCBs

- Circuit Breakers

- Contactors

- Relays
- Other electrical protection and control components
- Design and develop motor starter circuits and systems.
- Apply fundamental electrical engineering principles to electrical design and problem-solving activities.
- Prepare electrical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, EPLAN, Creo, or other relevant electrical design tools.
- Perform cable sizing, cable scheduling, routing, and wiring/harness development.
- Support project-level testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities, where required.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable IEC and/or UL standards.
- Review electrical designs and identify opportunities for improvement in performance, reliability, safety, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.




- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Support global projects and coordinate with international clients and engineering teams, where applicable.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- 3 9 years of relevant experience in Electrical Design / Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in LV control panel design and development.
- Strong knowledge of switchgear component selection, including MPCBs, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, etc.
- Experience in motor starter design and development.
- Strong understanding of fundamental electrical engineering concepts.
- Working knowledge of electrical design tools such as:

- AutoCAD

- EPLAN

- Creo
- Other relevant electrical design software
- Knowledge of cable sizing, cable schedules, cable routing, and wiring harness development.
- Knowledge of applicable IEC / UL standards.
- Exposure to project testing and commissioning is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with global clients or international engineering teams will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial electrical systems and control panels.
- Experience with electrical protection and control circuits.
- Exposure to testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Experience supporting global engineering projects.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
