Position: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Routing and Design: Build and route wiring harnesses using CAD tools like Creo Parametric and Pro/E cabling.
- Schematics and Drawings: Create and review electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and Harness Assembly Drawings (HADs).
- Component Selection: Choose correct connectors, wire gauges, terminals, fusing, and shielding for harsh environments.
- Validation and Testing: Develop and run Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R;) tests for durability and environmental resistance.
- Collaboration: Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve design issues and support production

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience in heavy equipment or automotive electrical systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Creo/Pro-E) and reading complex wiring schematics.
