Prepare complete electrical designs for LT Control Panels and Automation Panels.
Prepare Single Line
Diagrams (SLD), Power & Control Circuit Diagrams and Wiring Diagrams . Develop panel GA drawings, component layouts and internal wiring drawings. Select suitable electrical components based on technical requirements.
Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Material) . Calculate cable sizes, breaker ratings, busbar sizes and other electrical parameters. Ensure proper component coordination and protection philosophy. Review and finalize control circuit logic and interlocking requirements.
Prepare terminal plans, ferrule/wire schedules and cable schedules where applicable.
