Key Responsibilities: ✅ Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, chats, online demos, and trial sessions. ✅ Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable learning programs. ✅ Build strong relationships and drive enrolments. ✅ Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to conversion. ✅ Regularly follow up with prospective candidates.
✅ Effectively use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data. ✅ Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. ? What We’re Looking For: ? 1–6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales. ? Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills. ? Experience with Dialler Operations and CRM management. ? Knowledge of Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar CRM platforms is preferred. ? Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership and perseverance. ? EdTech or startup experience will be an added advantage.
