Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle cold calling and connect with students, business owners, and working professionals interested in Digital Marketing courses.
2. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling to understand prospects' requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
3. Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, and learning outcomes to prospective students.
4. Convince and convert interested prospects into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
5. Attend and, where required, conduct Digital Marketing seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions for students and professionals.
6. Assist in building and managing new batches through effective counseling, follow-ups, and conversions.
7. Work as a target-oriented counselor and achieve assigned calling, counseling, and enrollment targets.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication, convincing, and counseling skills.




- Good public speaking and presentation skills.
- Confident in face-to-face and telephonic interactions.
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to understand student/professional requirements and guide them effectively.
- Basic interest in Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

1. Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.
2. Freshers are welcome to apply.
3. Candidates from Psychology/related backgrounds may have an added advantage.
4. Relevant experience in counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
