Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, and guide them toward suitable courses and educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to prospective students and generate leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, universities, and career options.
- Convince and motivate students to choose suitable courses and proceed with admissions.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain good relationships with students.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and documentation.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls,



enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned admission and calling targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Solid interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle cold calling and sales-oriented conversations.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in education counselling, tele calling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A motivated, energetic, and career-focused individual who enjoys interacting with students, counselling them, and helping convert enquiries into admissions. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
