Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and highly communicative Educational Counselor to guide students and parents in making informed decisions about educational programs and career opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, goals, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
- Build solid relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Address student queries and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct counseling sessions and presentations for students when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth student experience.




- Stay updated on courses, educational trends, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates from any graduate background with strong communication and counseling skills may also be considered.
- Previous experience in educational counseling, admissions, student support, or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
