About Fitspire

Fitspire is a growing health & wellness brand focused on delivering high-quality nutrition products. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage product listings, catalog, pricing, inventory, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics including sales, revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, and profitability.
- Drive product visibility, rankings, and conversion through continuous optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
- Plan and manage marketplace advertising and promotional activities.




- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable business insights.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and strategies for business growth.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Proven experience managing marketplace sales and growth.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, pricing, inventory, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with robust proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Nutrition is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
