E-commerce Account Executive

Experience: 3–4 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance or equivalent

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, e-commerce accounting, reconciliations, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
- Manage e-commerce sales and marketplace settlement reconciliation.
- Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, and marketplace reports.
- Track returns, refunds, commissions, shipping charges, and other marketplace deductions.
- Handle vendor accounts, purchase reconciliation, and payable tracking.
- Assist with GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and ITC reconciliation.




- Prepare monthly reports and support audit and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally and GST.
- Experience in e-commerce / marketplace accounting preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, or Shopify will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
