About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven E-Commerce Assistant / Specialist to support our growing e-commerce operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will work directly with our Lead E-Commerce Analyst to handle daily marketplace management, catalog accuracy, ad execution, and listing optimizations across Amazon.sa, Noon KSA, and Trendyol.

Key Responsibilities

- Catalog & Listing Management
- Draft, build, and publish high-converting product listings on Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol.
- Write SEO-rich product titles, bullet points, and descriptions tailored to the KSA audience
- Manage A+ Content, Brand Stores, and visual layout assets across all platforms.
- Listing & Conversion Optimization
- Continuously optimize existing listings to improve search rank and conversion rates (keywords, image stack, pricing setup, and attributes).
- Track and resolve listing suppressions, account health issues, or inventory/gating errors.
- PPC & Ad Campaign Execution
- Set up, monitor,



and fine-tune paid ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Noon Ads, Trendyol Ads).
- Assist in managing target ACOS/ROAS, keyword bidding, and daily budget allocations.
- Sales Improvement & Market Research
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, keyword tactics, and stock status across KSA marketplaces.
- Track top trends on Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol to propose strategic sales strategies and bundle/promotional deals.
- Compile sales and performance metrics into weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1years of hands-on experience managing listings and ads on any platform
- Platform Mastery: working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partner Market, and Seller Center.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with MS Excel / Google Sheets to pull data, analyze performance, and track updates.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently to meet listing deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
