E-Commerce Executive

- Manage and grow the company's online sales channels.

- Create, update, and optimise product listings on e-commerce marketplaces.

- Process and monitor online orders from confirmation to dispatch.

- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock availability across online platforms.

- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations.

- Respond to customer queries and provide timely support.

- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for smooth order delivery.

- Monitor shipments, returns, cancellations, and delivery issues.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and sales.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.

- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.

- Support activities to improve online sales and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product &

- Marketplace Management:

- Manage product listings and catalogue information.

- Update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions.

- Monitor marketplace performance and product availability.

- Ensure accurate and updated information across online channels.

Order &





- Inventory Management

- Process daily online orders.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

- Track deliveries, returns, cancellations, and RTOs.

Customer &

- Logistics Coordination

- Handle customer queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.

- Resolve delivery-related issues and follow up on pending shipments.

- Ensure a smooth customer experience.

Reporting &

- Operations

- Maintain daily records of sales, orders, inventory, and returns.

- Prepare basic e-commerce operational reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth marketplace operations.

- Support initiatives to improve online sales and overall business growth.
