Our Client, A leading management consulting firm is looking to engage with a consultant who can deliver following key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute e-Commerce and D2C growth strategies to drive revenue, GMV, customer acquisition and market penetration.

- Lead growth across major e-Commerce and marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant channels.

- Own performance marketing and digital acquisition initiatives, optimising CAC, ROAS, conversion and overall marketing efficiency.

- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility, assortment, pricing, promotions and marketplace performance.

- Analyse consumer, category and platform data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable initiatives.

- Work closely with brand, marketing, sales, category and supply-chain teams to ensure effective execution of e-Commerce growth plans.

- Track key business metrics and provide regular updates on revenue, GMV, traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS and profitability.





- Build and execute initiatives that can accelerate the brand's D2C/e-Commerce journey from early-stage growth to scale.

Skills Required

Experience:

- 6–8 years of overall professional experience in FMCG, Consumer, D2C, or E-Commerce.

- Strong experience in driving E-Commerce business growth and revenue.

- Proven experience managing D2C growth journeys, preferably from 0 to significant scale.

- Experience with leading FMCG or consumer brands is highly preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital customer acquisition.

- Experience managing and growing business across Amazon, Flipkart and other E-Commerce/marketplace platforms.

- Strong understanding of GMV, revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion, traffic and profitability metrics.

- Experience developing and executing E-Commerce growth and marketplace strategies.

- Candidates from reputed B-Schools with strong FMCG experience will be preferred.

- Candidates with a robust IIT/NIT/IIM or equivalent academic background and proven D2C/E-Commerce growth experience will be an added advantage.
