Job Role

E-Commerce Operations Executive

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online portals.

- Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, and orders.

- Manage and monitor seller accounts on various e-commerce platforms.

- Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for smooth operations.

- Monitor shipments, deliveries, returns, cancellations, and RTOs.

- Maintain accurate product, inventory, and order-related records.

- Track sales and operational performance across different portals.

- Resolve marketplace-related issues and coordinate with portal support teams.

- Ensure marketplace policies, guidelines, and account requirements are followed.

- Prepare regular reports related to orders, sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.

- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace &

- Portal Management:

- Manage operations across multiple e-commerce portals.

- Handle product uploads, catalogue management, and listing updates.

- Monitor product visibility, pricing, stock availability, and order status.

- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.





Order &

- Inventory Management

- Process and monitor online orders.

- Maintain accurate inventory across different portals.

- Coordinate with the warehouse for packing and dispatch.

- Track returns, cancellations, RTOs, and pending orders.

Reporting &

- Coordination

- Prepare and maintain e-commerce operational reports.

- Track sales, orders, inventory, and marketplace performance.

- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, vendors, and internal teams.

- Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily e-commerce activities.

Required Experience

- Experienced candidates only.

- Previous experience in E-Commerce Operations is mandatory.

- Must have hands-on experience working with multiple e-commerce portals.

- Good knowledge of marketplace operations, order management, inventory, and catalogue management.

- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple portals and tasks simultaneously.
