Key Responsibilities1. D2C Website &

- Shopify Management

- Manage day-to-day operations, product uploads, and inventory visibility on the brand’s official website (Shopify/WooCommerce).

- Organize collections, update banners, and execute basic website merchandising to highlight best-sellers and recent launches.

- Coordinate website updates for seasonal sales, festive campaigns (Diwali, Holi, etc.), and promotional events.

- Monitor website health, checking for broken links, checkout blocks, or poor mobile user experiences. [1]

Marketplace

Operations (E-Commerce Channels)

- Oversee product listings and storefront health across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or quick-commerce apps.

- Resolve listing errors, suppressed products, and catalog mismatches promptly.

- Coordinate pricing, promotional participation, and discount updates across channels. [1]

3. Catalog &

- Content Management

- Maintain 100% data accuracy for product titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs,



and high-resolution images.

- Implement basic e-commerce SEO (optimizing meta tags, keywords, and alt text) to drive organic visibility.

- Work with design and photography teams to ensure creative assets (size guides, banners, USP graphics) meet brand standards. [1]

4. Inventory &

- Supply Coordination

- Reconcile stock levels between physical warehouses, Shopify, and external marketplaces to avoid overselling.

- Track fast-moving and slow-moving inventory, raising alerts for restocks or planned clearances. [1]

5. Data Analytics &

- Reporting

- Maintain daily/weekly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets tracking traffic, conversion rates, sales velocity, and returns.

- Analyze channel performance to identify gaps in product visibility or customer drop-offs. [1]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
