Job Role

E-Commerce Executive

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central.

- Handle order processing, shipment scheduling, and order fulfilment on Amazon.

- Manage e-commerce operations on Shopify.

- Handle shipping operations through Shiprocket and NimbusPost.

- Create and manage product listings and catalogues on Amazon.

- Create product variations using Excel bulk listing files.

- Prepare and schedule shipments for sending inventory to Amazon FBA Fulfilment Centers (FCs).

- Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely stock replenishment.

- File PROTECTED-T claims for eligible orders and returns.

- Raise and manage support cases with Amazon.

- Follow up with Amazon support teams for timely resolution of operational issues.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, inventory, claims, and support cases.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Seller Central

- Process and fulfil daily Amazon orders.

- Schedule shipments and manage order fulfilment.

- Manage product listings and cataloguing.

- Create and update product variations through bulk Excel files.





- Monitor seller account operations and resolve marketplace issues.

FBA Inventory Management

- Create and schedule shipments for sending inventory to Amazon FBA FCs.

- Coordinate inventory replenishment based on stock requirements.

- Track shipment status and inventory movement.

Shopify & Shipping

- Manage orders received through Shopify.

- Coordinate shipments using Shiprocket and NimbusPost.

- Monitor shipping and delivery status.

- Handle basic shipping-related issues and exceptions.

Claims & Support

- File SAFE-T claims for eligible orders and returns.

- Raise support cases with Amazon for operational issues.

- Follow up with support teams until issues are resolved.

- Maintain proper documentation of claims and support cases.
