We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Catalog Executive / Sr. Executive to manage end-to-end product catalog operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

The role will be responsible for product listing, catalog creation, content optimization, product data management, catalog quality, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and optimized product listings across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product catalogs across E-commerce and Quick Commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, etc.
- Handle end-to-end product listing, catalog creation, product uploads, and content updates.
- Ensure product information, descriptions, images, attributes, specifications, and other listing details are accurate and complete.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and content to improve search visibility and conversion.
- Write and edit SEO-friendly product descriptions and marketplace content in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders to collect and validate product information.
- Identify and resolve catalog errors, listing discrepancies, missing information, and content-related issues.
- Monitor catalog quality, listing health, and turnaround time and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace policies, content guidelines,



and category requirements.
- Maintain accurate product data using MS Excel and internal catalog management systems.
- Support catalog readiness for new product launches, ensuring listings are live and accurate before the go-live date.
- Track and update existing listings based on changes in product information, packaging, pricing, or marketplace requirements.
- Guide and support interns/junior team members on catalog management processes, wherever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Catalog Management, Marketplace Operations, Product Listing, or E-commerce Operations.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Good understanding of E-commerce marketplaces, product listings, catalog management, and marketplace guidelines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple products, listings, and tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Good to Have
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, or other E-commerce/Quick Commerce platforms.
- Experience in product content writing, SEO, or listing optimization.
- Exposure to FMCG, D2C, Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Beauty, or Consumer Products.
- Experience working with catalog management tools, PIM systems, or marketplace seller panels.
