Role Description The Driver Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to deliver products to customers and retail outlets while promoting and selling company offerings during deliveries.

Day-to-day tasks include planning delivery routes, loading and unloading goods, checking delivery documentation, and ensuring accurate recording of sales and payments. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and providing feedback to the sales and operations teams.

Sales professional will also assist in basic vehicle upkeep, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and collaborate closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet delivery and sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Communication skills to interact with customers and promote products effectively.
- Candidates should possess Fleet Management and basic vehicle maintenance skills to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Training experience to support onboarding and skill development of team members when needed.
- Candidates should have a valid driving license appropriate for commercial vehicles in India and a clean driving record.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, time management, and attention to detail in delivery and documentation tasks.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site, physically handling goods, and following all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Previous experience in retail, FMCG distribution, or logistics is beneficial; familiarity with local routes in Karnataka is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; proficiency in local languages and basic English is an added benefit.
