People Prime Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client/hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and offer coordination.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period and joining process.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Work towards hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and candidate screening.
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in IT staffing, contract hiring, C2H recruitment, bulk hiring, or recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
