REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The DLP Analyst Associate position is an integral part of the security operations team within a consulting firm located in Mumbai. This role is focused on supporting and enhancing data loss prevention (DLP) operations to safeguard sensitive information.

Description

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data loss prevention (DLP) within a consulting or similar environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed investigations.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across various organizational levels.

- Demonstrated expertise in incident investigation and risk assessment, with a focus on data security.

- Familiarity with enterprise DLP tools and technologies, such as Symantec, McAfee, or equivalent solutions.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace, contributing to process enhancements and governance.

- Knowledge of relevant security standards and regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee DLP operations,

- Conduct thorough reviews of investigations initiated by Level 1 analysts, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.

- Respond promptly and effectively to security alerts and risks, ensuring swift mitigation actions are taken.

- Support governance and compliance efforts by participating in audits and enhancing security protocols.

- Develop and implement training programs for junior analysts to bolster the team's capabilities.

- Assist in the development and execution of data protection strategies to prevent unauthorized data access.
