Mandatory Skills
-Lead end-to-end healthcare RCM operations.
-Manage teams across billing, claims, coding, denial management, AR, and collections.
-Drive operational KPIs such as clean claim rate, denial rate, AR days, and collections.
-Manage client relationships and overall service delivery.
-Identify process gaps and drive automation/process improvements.
-Manage P&L;, staffing, capacity planning, and operational strategy.
-Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client SLAs.
-Refer and earn Rs.50,000/-
