Role: Director Operations, RCM
Experience: 15+ Years
Location: Pune (Work from office)
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end healthcare RCM operations.
- Manage teams across billing, claims, coding, denial management, AR, and collections.
- Drive operational KPIs such as clean claim rate, denial rate, AR days, and collections.
- Manage client relationships and overall service delivery.
- Identify process gaps and drive automation/process improvements.
- Manage P&L;, staffing, capacity planning, and operational strategy.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client SLAs.
