- Paid Social Campaigns (LinkedIn Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize hyper-targeted LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns to attract top-tier tech professionals and prospective B2B clients.
- Content Strategy: Partner with our recruitment and research teams to translate complex hiring puzzles and tech market trends into compelling, snackable social content.
- Community Engagement: Drive conversations, build relationships with tech talent and industry leaders, and foster an active community around tech careers and startup hiring.
- Analytics & Iteration: Track CTRs,



engagement rates, and lead quality. Constantly A/B test creatives and copy to maximize ROI on social channels.
