About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and all-round Digital Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, remarketing and overall performance marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands not just how to run campaigns, but how to generate quality leads, improve conversions and achieve measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and manage complete digital marketing strategies.
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing and YouTube campaigns.
- Manage YouTube Ads / Video Advertising campaigns and audience targeting.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage lead generation, conversion and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop and optimize campaign funnels from ad landing page lead conversion.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research.
- Manage SEO activities, including on-page, off-page and basic technical SEO.
- Manage social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content and campaign ideas for posts, reels, videos, ads and promotional campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events and UTM parameters.
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and Search Console for performance tracking and analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and continuously optimize budgets, audiences, creatives and targeting.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers and sales teams.
- Track competitors,



market trends, new advertising features and digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage the complete digital marketing funnel and suggest new strategies for business growth.
- Take ownership of digital marketing performance and lead generation targets.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Should have independently managed Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong practical knowledge of YouTube Ads is required.
- Should understand the complete digital marketing ecosystem and multiple marketing channels.
- Must be analytical and comfortable working with campaign data and performance reports.
- Should be able to identify problems in campaigns and take corrective action independently.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be proactive, result-oriented and willing to take ownership.
- Candidates who have experience in lead generation and ROI-focused marketing will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
- Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with Canva, basic creative tools or video/content coordination will be an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation or email marketing is a plus.
