Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, drive website traffic, and improve customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Manage website, landing pages, and online promotional activities.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, remarketing, and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with content, creative, sales, and social media teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track website and campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics/reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms,



and best practices.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.
- Ensure all digital campaigns are aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and analytics.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and project-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets.
