About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our clients/brand. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, analytics, and overall digital growth strategies.

You will be responsible for planning campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, analyzing performance, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Oversee SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and performance tracking.
- Manage and improve social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and other key performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create monthly/weekly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, SEO specialists, developers, and other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, advertising trends, social media trends, and digital marketing tools.
- Manage multiple client projects/campaigns while ensuring deadlines and performance targets are met.
- Identify areas for optimization and continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skills:





- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, and engagement.
- Ability to develop strategies based on data and performance insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
