Okiru Coffee Roasters is a café and specialty coffee brand focused on quality coffee, great food, creative experiences and a strong lifestyle-oriented brand presence.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern who can help us build Okiru's social media presence through engaging photos, Reels, videos and stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and assist in growing Okiru's Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create daily/regular content for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and short videos.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of:
- Coffee and beverages
- Food and new menu items
- Café ambience and interiors
- Customers and café experiences
- Baristas and behind-the-scenes activities
- Roasting and coffee-making processes
- Events, offers and promotions
- Develop creative content ideas based on current Instagram and social media trends.
- Edit videos and photos to create attractive, engaging and platform-friendly content.
- Write captions, hashtags and basic promotional content.
- Maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Monitor Instagram trends, trending audio, hashtags and competitor content.
- Assist in influencer and food-blogger collaborations.
- Help improve Okiru's online reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Coordinate with the café team to capture regular content.
- Monitor comments, messages and customer engagement.
- Assist in updating Google Business Profile with photographs, posts and offers.
- Track basic social media analytics and prepare performance updates.

IMPORTANT – Equipment Requirement The candidate MUST have their own camera, DSLR/Mirrorless camera, high-quality smartphone, or other suitable shooting equipment. The candidate should be comfortable independently shooting:

- Reels




- Food photography
- Product photography
- Café ambience
- Short promotional videos
- Behind-the-scenes content

Having a DSLR/Mirrorless camera, gimbal, tripod, lights or other professional shooting equipment will be an added advantage. Editing Skills – Mandatory The candidate must have basic to valuable video/photo editing skills.

Knowledge of any of the following will be preferred:

- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Canva
- VN
- InShot
- Other photo/video editing applications

Who We Are Looking For
- A creative person who understands Instagram and Reels culture.
- Someone who enjoys photography, videography and content creation.
- Good understanding of social media trends and trending audio.
- Ability to independently shoot → edit → publish content.
- Good visual sense and understanding of framing, lighting and composition.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at the café and capture real-time content.
- Students or freshers with a strong portfolio/social media page are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in café, restaurant, food, hospitality or lifestyle content will be an advantage.

Internship Details Position: Digital Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content Creation

Location: Okiru Coffee Roasters, Panchkula

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on skills and equipment

Experience: Freshers/Students can apply
