We're a Creative Technology company. Seven years old, about 100 people, based in Ahmedabad. We work with some of the largest conglomerates in the country, turn around legacy brands that have stopped growing, and help new-age founders turn their business into a brand.

We're AI-native. That's not a line for the website — everyone here uses AI tools every day, as part of how the work gets done.

What you'll actually do

- Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google for our clients — schools, real estate, EV, BFSI, government.
- Own the numbers. Build the dashboard, read it, and spot a bad CPL before the client points it out.
- Sit with the creative team on what the ad should say, not just where it should run. Most campaigns fail on the message, not the targeting.
- Handle the plumbing — landing pages, forms, pixels, lead routing, CRM handoffs. Unglamorous, and it decides whether the campaign works.
- Write clear updates. Campaign notes, client reports, WhatsApp summaries. Plain English. No "synergies", no "leveraging".
- Use AI tools daily — for research, copy variants,



creative testing, analysis. If you're not already doing this, you'll be behind on day one.

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of actually running campaigns with real budgets. Not just observing someone else run them.
- You've owned an account end to end — the strategy, the spends, the reporting and the client call. Not only the ads inside it.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and some reporting layer (Looker Studio or even a well-built sheet).
- You can tell a creative problem apart from a targeting problem apart from a landing page problem.
- You ask why the client's business needs the lead, not just how many leads they want.
- Comfort with Gujarati, Hindi and English — a lot of our work runs in all three.

- If your job so far has been boosting posts and forwarding reports.
- If you need a detailed brief before you can start thinking.
- If you're waiting for someone to tell you which AI tool to learn.
