Job Title: SEO Executive (SEO + Google Ads)

About The Manatomy The Manatomy is a fast-growing premium men's fashion brand focused on helping Indian men dress better through curated outfits and AI-powered styling. We design high-quality shirts, pants, shoes, belts, and complete outfit combinations for modern professionals.

We're looking for a data-driven SEO Executive with hands-on Google Ads experience who can increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and manage high-performing paid search campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
- Create SEO content briefs and work with content writers to publish high-quality articles.
- Improve internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and website structure.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and fix indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and digital PR.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Google Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Optimize bidding strategies and campaign budgets.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages.
- Track ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion performance.
- Implement remarketing campaigns to improve conversions.

Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO and Google Ads performance reports.




- Monitor KPIs such as:
- Organic Traffic
- Keyword Rankings
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Bounce Rate
- Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- 1 years of experience in SEO.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with Shopify SEO is preferred.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
