The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Meta Ads . You don't need to know everything already. We care more about your ability to learn, take ownership and improve quickly .
What you'll do
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars
- Research content ideas, trends and competitors
- Coordinate with designers and content creators
- Schedule and publish content
- Set up, monitor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Track performance and prepare reports
- Use data to identify what is working and what isn't
- Explore and implement new tools and approaches
- Gradually take independent ownership of client accounts
What we're looking for
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and social media
- Humble, curious and willing to learn
- Comfortable receiving feedback and taking responsibility
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with numbers and basic analytics
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI or similar
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
You don't need to be an expert. We can teach you technicalities. We can't teach you curiosity.
