We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and marketing funnels, with a data-driven approach to improving campaign performance and generating business growth.

You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization based on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and leads.
- Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Support the management and allocation of digital marketing budgets across different channels.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop effective and engaging ad creatives.
- Assist in maintaining accurate conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.




- Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Support the identification and testing of new digital marketing channels and growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Basic understanding of SEO, marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus.
