Job Summary

Humworld Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst – Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media & email marketing, website management, and B2B-lead generation.

The role involves managing digital marketing activities, improving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and communicating with US-based prospects and clients. Strong English communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research, SEO audits, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO activities.
- Develop and manage high-quality backlinks to improve search rankings and domain authority.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, campaign results, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate targeted traffic and qualified leads.
- Manage WordPress websites, including content updates, performance, responsiveness, and routine maintenance.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and recent opportunities for lead generation.
- Communicate with US-based prospects and clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to prospects.




- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and support the sales conversion process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospect interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with SEO audits, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and email marketing.
- Experience with website analytics and SEO tools.
- Experience managing WordPress websites.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Good lead generation and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and communicate with US-based clients.
- Willingness to work in a US night shift and work from the office in Chennai.

Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
