We are looking for an experienced Digital Communications & Campaign Strategy Lead with 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic communications and campaign management, with strong exposure to political campaigns.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing digital communication strategies that support campaign objectives, strengthen public engagement and ensure effective communication across audiences and geographies.

The ideal candidate will operate across digital strategy, content, social media, campaign intelligence, performance marketing, team management, vendor coordination and cross-functional campaign execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end digital communication and campaign strategies aligned with political and organisational objectives.

Translate campaign objectives into clear messaging, communication pillars, audience strategies and channel plans.

Develop and manage campaign narratives and content across social media, videos/reels, creatives, infographics, digital films and WhatsApp/community platforms.

Understand and track public sentiment, audience behaviour, emerging issues and digital conversations to strengthen campaign communication.

Lead social listening and digital intelligence initiatives and convert insights into actionable communication strategies.

Support rapid-response communication and campaign war-room operations, including timely narratives and rebuttals.

Drive performance marketing, audience segmentation, targeting and digital amplification while monitoring campaign efficiency.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with creative, content,



research, media, analytics, technology teams, agencies and vendors.

Monitor key campaign metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, content performance, sentiment and paid campaign performance.

Work closely with senior campaign leadership and provide data-backed strategic recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate Profile

10+ years of relevant experience in Digital Communications, Strategic Communications, Digital Marketing, Political Campaigns, Public Affairs, Media or related fields.

Prior political/electoral campaign experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of political narratives, public sentiment, audience behaviour and regional communication.

Proven experience in digital campaign strategy, social media, content strategy and performance marketing.

Strong exposure to social listening, sentiment analysis, digital intelligence, audience segmentation and campaign analytics.

Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing agencies, vendors and external partners.

Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Experience with Kerala/regional political communication or large-scale electoral campaigns will be an added advantage.

Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure campaign environment and willing to travel as required.
