Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in Retail Design, Interior Design, Architectural Design, Store Design,

Commercial Projects, preferably with experience in retail, malls, QSR, FMCG, or commercial fit-outs.

Preferred Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Role Overview

Responsible for designing and supporting the execution of MR.DIY stores, ensuring accurate drawings,

efficient space planning, quality execution, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys, measurements, field verification, and test-fit plans.
- Develop space plans, conceptual designs, AutoCAD drawings, and technical/construction

documents.
- Prepare and coordinate Purchase Orders and required approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, mall/landlord teams, and internal stakeholders for site

execution.
- Review drawings, materials, and deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, specifications, fire, and life-safety requirements.




- Support projects through all design stages, from site survey to store handover.
- Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and design solutions.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of retail design, space planning, interiors, and fit outs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AI Tools and relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

- Quality and accuracy of design execution.
- Smooth coordination with project stakeholders.
- Timely store completion and handover.
- Adherence to design, quality, cost, and project timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
