- Die Manufacturing Experience: 2–8 years Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad Employment: Full Time Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop aluminum gravity die casting dies and high-pressure die casting (HPDC) dies.
- Prepare complete die/tool designs as per component drawings and customer requirements.
- Work on parting line, die layout, cavity/core, slides, inserts, ejector system, cooling system, runners and gates.
- Design die components considering manufacturing, machining, assembly and maintenance requirements.
- Study 2D component drawings and 3D models and identify draft, undercuts, parting issues and tooling requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for dies and die components.
- Coordinate with tool room, CNC/VMC, EDM, fitting and production teams during die manufacturing.
- Modify and improve existing dies based on casting defects, trial results and production requirements.
- Support die trials and troubleshoot issues such as porosity, flash, filling problems, shrinkage, sticking and dimensional issues.
- Maintain proper design drawings, BOM and revision records.




- Ensure designs are practical for tool room manufacturing and easy die maintenance.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of aluminum gravity die casting and HPDC die design.
- Hands-on experience in tool & die design.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as NX or equivalent.
- Positive understanding of die casting processes, tooling components and manufacturing methods.
- Ability to independently develop a die design from component drawing/3D model to complete manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC, EDM, wire-cut and conventional tool-room processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with tool makers and solve practical manufacturing problems.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a hands-on Die Designer / Tool &

- Die Design Engineer who understands both design and actual tool-room manufacturing. The candidate should be able to take responsibility for die design, coordinate with the tool room and make necessary design modifications during die trials and production.

Salary: ₹18,000 – 50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Experience: 2–8 years Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant die-design experience preferred.
