Job Role- Architect & Design Manager

Location- Hinjewadi Phase 1 , Pune

Exp - 5 to 10 years

Education -Bachelors degree in Architecture

Industry - Real Estate OR Architecture firm

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end design process for multiple ongoing projects. • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout concept, schematic, design development, and working drawing stages.
- Review and provide feedback on all design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and review production drawings for architecture and interior fit-outs.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards. • Ensure compatibility and integration of architectural and MEP designs. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project, engineering, and execution teams.
- Attend project meetings, provide design updates, and resolve design-related issues.




- Liaise with external consultants to ensure timely submission and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, codes, and regulations. • Maintain proper documentation, version control, and design records.
- Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and quality control.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in design management and coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Expertise in production drawings for architectural and interior fit-out works.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Understanding of architectural, interior, and MEP integration.
- Solid attention to detail, design sense, and technical accuracy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving approach with a commitment to quality and timelines.
