Responsibilities
- NOAR Working: Manage and monitor NOAR-related activities and applications.
- Bilateral Transactions: Manage and execute bilateral power transactions with utilities and other counterparties.
- Bilateral Application Punching: Prepare and punch bilateral transaction applications on the relevant platforms.
- Power Banking Transactions: Manage power banking transactions between utilities, including coordination, scheduling, accounting, and reconciliation of banked power.
- REA Preparation: Prepare and verify Regional Energy Accounts (REA) related to power transactions and ensure reconciliation with the concerned utilities and agencies.
- SLDC/RLDC Coordination: Regularly follow up with concerned SLDCs and RLDCs for approval, scheduling, revision, and successful execution of power transactions.
- GNA/TGNA Activities: Prepare, coordinate, and punch GNA and TGNA applications/transactions as per applicable procedures and requirements.
- NOC Applications:
Prepare and submit NOC applications through NOAR and coordinate with the concerned authorities for approval.
- Webase Scheduling: Monitor Webase scheduling activities, verify schedules, and ensure that all approved transactions are correctly reflected in the system.
- Daily Transaction Monitoring & Reconciliation: Check, prepare, verify, and match power transactions and schedules on a daily basis, ensuring that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate with utilities, SLDCs, RLDCs, traders, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of day-ahead and real-time power schedules.
- Transaction Documentation: Maintain accurate records of applications, schedules, approvals, revisions, REA, and other transaction-related documents.
- Reporting: Prepare regular operational and transaction reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
