Overview:

HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The role will focus on talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, payroll, and organizational development to support our growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across manufacturing, sales, and operations.
- Ensure an efficient hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
- Strengthen Swift’s employer branding to attract high-caliber professionals in the industry.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

- Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture aligned with Swift’s core values.
- Implement structured employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and loyalty.
- Conduct feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and recognition programs to encourage innovation and high performance.

3. Performance Management & Training

- Drive a Management by Objectives (MBO) and KPI-based appraisal system to maintain a result-oriented workforce.
- Define clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees, ensuring structured quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Organize training and upskilling programs to enhance sales efficiency, production effectiveness, and leadership development.
- Develop career progression plans and implement coaching & mentoring programs for employee growth and succession planning.

4. HR Compliance & Policy Management

- Maintain and update HR policies and compliance documents in alignment with labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to workplace ethics, safety regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle grievance management, conflict resolution,



and disciplinary actions professionally.

5. Payroll & Compensation Management

- Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and salary administration with accuracy.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and tax deductions as per legal requirements.

6. Organizational Development & Culture Building

- Align HR strategies with business growth objectives, ensuring scalability as Swift expands.
- Promote a high-performance culture driven by Swift’s RA Magic Principle (Result First, Action Next).
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, and innovation to enhance overall productivity.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Implement HR dashboards to track employee performance, trends, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven reports to management for strategic workforce planning.

8. Exit Management & Off-boarding

- Ensure a structured & smooth exit process, including conducting exit interviews to analyze employee turnover trends.
- Develop strategies to improve retention based on exit feedback.

3. Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously with a proactive problem-solving approach.

5. Should have strong knowledge of HR analytics, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
6. Must be capable of working closely with top management to drive HR initiatives that support business growth.
7. Should be adaptable to fast-paced work environments and willing to take on current HR challenges.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
