Looking for an experienced Plant Quality Head to lead and manage end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for an API pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role requires solid leadership with the ability to independently handle plant quality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Head overall QA & QC operations for the manufacturing plant
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.)
- Manage audits, inspections, and certifications
- Oversee quality systems, documentation, validation, and SOP implementation
- Handle deviation management, CAPA, change control, and investigations
- Ensure product quality meets global regulatory and client requirements
- Lead and mentor quality teams, ensuring operational efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D;, Regulatory)
