Job Title: Delivery Manager
Reporting to: CTO

General Description In this role, you will manage delivery of multiple software products, ensure timely execution with high quality, and align with business objectives.
Delivery Planning & Execution
- Own the delivery roadmap across multiple concurrent workstreams (product features, compliance
initiatives, platform/infrastructure upgrades)
- Translate product requirements into actionable sprint/release plans in collaboration with Product
Managers and Engineering leads
- Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive
mitigation plans
- Manage release calendars and coordinate go-live activities across engineering, QA, product, and business
teams Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the primary point of coordination between engineering squads, product management, QA,
DevOps, and business/commercial stakeholders
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming) across multiple
squads
- Manage stakeholder communication, including status reporting to leadership (CTO, senior PMs, business
heads) Process & Governance
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, tooling (JIRA/Confluence or equivalent), and
metrics (velocity, cycle time, release predictability)
- Drive adherence to engineering best practices in coordination with tech leads (code quality gates, testing
standards, deployment checklists) Compliance & Quality
- Ensure delivery timelines account for regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., DPDP Act
obligations, security reviews) relevant to ODeX's platform
- Partner with QA to ensure release readiness, UAT sign-off, and post-release monitoring
You will strive for process compliance (Code/Config/Script/Test cases review, Release/Hotfix checklist )
Competencies required
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in shipping, logistics, trade finance, or supply chain technology domains
2. Exposure to regulatory/compliance-driven delivery (e.g., data privacy regulations, financial services
compliance)
1. Experience working with distributed/remote engineering teams
2. Background in engineering or a technical role prior to transitioning into delivery/program
management
