About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on DC HR to oversee complete ground-level HR operations for our primary Distribution Center in Vizag, along with satellite Collection Centers and Re-packaging Centers in the region. You will report to the Regional DC HR Lead and work closely with site operations to drive blue-collar hiring, vendor management, daily productivity, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hiring &
- Manning:

Manage onroll hiring and partner with staffing vendors for timely offroll blue-collar deployment across all assigned regional sites. Handle bulk onboarding and contract closures smoothly without IR friction.

- Attendance &

- Biometrics:

Enforce daily attendance discipline, eliminate manual regularisations, and partner with vendors to drive strict biometric compliance ("no punch, no pay").

- Vendor &

- Compliance Governance:

Oversee vendors to ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wage disbursement, appointment letters). Track and flag vendor gaps in performance, compliance, or attrition.

- Productivity &

- Data Tracking:

Track daily role-wise productivity, absenteeism, and attrition (Pickers, Packers, Loaders). Resolve operational data anomalies and maintain quality headcount.

- Retention &

- Engagement:





Ensure structured onboarding for recent joiners and focus heavily on retaining trained, skilled operational staff—especially Pickers.

- Audits &

- Systems:

Maintain statutory registers, manage local labor inspections, and drive 100% adoption of internal HR systems.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Graduate degree in any field (minimum requirement).

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in blue-collar HR operations within a Warehouse, Fulfillment Center, or Distribution Center environment.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory alongside English or Hindi.

- Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of labor laws, vendor coordination, high-volume blue-collar hiring, and basic IR handling.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel to nearby sites within the Vizag cluster/region.

- Preferred background: Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, FMCG, or QSR

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
