Childcare Coordinators have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Plan and implement educational programs and developmental activities suitable for children
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Supervise, train, and manage childcare staff
- Communicate with parents about their childs development and address any concerns or issues
- Prepare and maintain records and reports related to childrens activities, attendance, and developmental progress
- Ensure the facility environment is clean, hygienic, and protected for children
- Assist in the management of budget and purchase of supplies and equipment
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in early childhood education
- Coordinate with external agencies for inspections and licensing
- Develop policies and procedures for the childcare facility and ensure they are adhered to

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,254.77 per month
