Looking for an analytical Data Analytics & MIS Executive to manage reporting systems, automate performance dashboards, and deliver actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

- Collect, consolidate, and analyse data across sales, production, and operations.

- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).

- Track key business metrics and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.

- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support executive leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Analytics (solar/renewable sector preferred).

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Commerce, IT, or a related field.





- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or basic SQL query writing is a plus.

- High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with ERP systems and integrating data across business functions is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
