Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Store/Warehouse Managers to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve KEY Growth metrics

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a secure working environment.
