We are looking for a Customer Support Associate – Seller Support to assist e-commerce sellers across their complete seller journey. You will handle seller queries, troubleshoot issues, provide accurate resolutions and ensure a smooth seller experience across supported channels.

Requirements

- Experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Centre or BPO preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer/seller service orientation with empathy and active listening.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and policies.

- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.

- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.

- Willingness to learn new products, processes and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through voice, chat and email.

- Understand seller concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined processes and SLAs.





- Support sellers across onboarding, account management, catalog, listings, pricing, inventory, orders, fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds and payments.

- Assist with seller performance, account health, promotions, disputes and appeals.

- Diagnose issues using SOPs, knowledge resources and internal systems.

- Manage escalations appropriately and ensure proper follow-up.

- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in CRM/case-management systems.

- Meet individual quality, productivity, AHT, SLA, FCR and attendance targets.

- Identify recurring seller issues and share Voice of Seller insights.

- Participate in training, coaching, calibration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
