Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned homeowner accounts.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner queries, concerns and requests.

- Ensure timely resolution of issues while delivering exceptional customer experience.

- Coordinate with internal teams to address operational, service and property-related concerns.

- Build strong homeowner relationships to drive engagement and long-term retention.

- Proactively monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups and resolutions in CRM systems.

- Support onboarding and ongoing account management activities.

- Work closely with stakeholders to minimize churn and improve retention metrics.





- Prepare regular reports and updates related to homeowner feedback and account performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Customer Service or a related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support or hospitality operations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced setting.

- Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced 6-day work environment.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
