Key Responsibilities

- Conduct minimum 4 field visits daily as per the assigned route/territory.

- Visit retail outlets, dealers, engineers, and masons regularly.

- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in the assigned market.

- Explain company products, features, and applications to customers.

- Collect customer requirements, enquiries, and market feedback.

- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers and dealers for enquiries and potential orders.

- Maintain accurate daily visit reports and customer data.

- Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer preferences.

Preferred candidate profile





- Fresher to 2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, marketing or a similar role.

- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.

- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with field work and daily customer visits.

- Should be self-motivated, energetic and target oriented.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email will be an advantage.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

- Candidates familiar with Panvel, South Raigad, Shrivardhan, Poladpur and nearby areas will be preferred.
