Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary Offered

₹20,000 In-Hand per Month During Training

₹22,000 In-Hand per Month After Training

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and voice support for international clients
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues whenever required
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

- BPO Voice/Non-Voice
- Customer Service
- Excellent Communication Skills
