1. Assist students with their queries related to courses, schedules, payments, and learning platforms.
2. Provide timely support and follow-ups to ensure students have a smooth learning experience.
3. Coordinate with internal teams such as academics, operations, and finance to resolve student concerns.
4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in the CRM system.
5. Focus on student satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships and addressing issues
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
